Policy

DEPOSIT: Upon reservation, a $50 non-refundable deposit is required to confirm the booking. Cards are not charged until the booking is confirmed. Tanesha Childs Photography is not responsible for the displacement of funds of duplicate transactions. Cash deposit is available for drop off. If payments appear twice contact your bank. The past pending amount will disappear if you book with: Chime, Navy Federal, Regions, PrePaid Cards, Rush Cards, Cashapp.

•RESCHEDULING/ ADDITIONAL TIME If additional time is needed or you are late, 30-minute increments can be added on for $80 to the final price. There is a one-time rescheduling for $20. 3 days is allowed upon request to finalize rescheduling before appointment cancellation. The deposit will be forfeited.

• 14 DAY⏳ turnaround of post processing after the photoshoot is required. Extra images require more time. If images are needed for an upcoming occasion, please book ahead. Boutiques and product images may required additional time so rush fee does not apply.
•TRAVEL: Out of town session will have a traveling fee depending on location. Outdoor session will begin before noon. Please notify the photographer before booking..

DISCLAIMER: Children must be able to sit and hold themselves up for the session. Tanesha Childs Photography is not responsible for providing props and equipment to assist children. Due to the unpredictability of a child’s behavior, the photographer is not accountable for interruptive behaviors during the session that may cause a lack of images to be produced. I ask that parents bring distraction items for their child or a person. Children will walk and crawl away from the set so parents are required to bring the child back into position to be photographed. Please have items already tied or blown before the session. Feel free to ask the photographer any questions concerning this.

All sessions are priced for 1 individual excluding the Deluxe Session. Balloons, decorations, and themes are not included. Images are delivered digitally not printed.
